Das WOODBURY TENTED CAMP liegt inmitten der offenen Buschlandschaft vom AMAKHALA PRIVATE GAME RESERVE. Das ursprüngliche Camp ist ganz offen gestaltet. Das Haupthaus des Camps ist ein, in typischen Safari Stil, erbautes Natursteinhaus mit reetgedecktem Dach. In Sieben komfortabel ausgestatteten Zelten ist Platz für jeweils 2 Gäste. Alle Zelte sind mit bequemen Betten und einem En-suite Badezimmer ausgestattet. In der weiten und schönen Landschaft, ist das Tented Camp so gut wie unsichtbar und es ist ein idealer Ort für Tierbeobachtungen. Es werden täglich zwei Safari Touren im Landrover angeboten - eine Pirschfahrt früh am Morgen und eine Tour, die am späten Nachmittag startet. Das Malaria-freie AMAKHALA PRIVATE GAME RESERVE wurde unter all den attraktiven Game Reserves im Ostkap als das beste ausgezeichnet. Auf 7.500 Hektar finden sich in diesem landschaftlich abwechlungsreichen Schutzgebiet fast alle Grosstiere Südafrikas. The WOODBURY TENTED CAMP is located in the middle of the open bush landscape of the AMAKHALA PRIVATE GAME RESERVE. The original camp is open. The main house of the camp is a typical safari style built natural stone house with a thatched roof. In seven comfortably equipped tents there is space for 2 guests each. All tents are equipped with comfortable beds and an en-suite bathroom. In the vast and beautiful landscape, the tented camp is practically invisible and it is an ideal place for wildlife viewing. There are two safari tours in the Land Rover every day - a game drive early in the morning and a tour that starts in the late afternoon. The malaria-free AMAKHALA PRIVATE GAME RESERVE was awarded the best of all the attractive game reserves in the Eastern Cape. Almost all of South Africa's large animals can be found on 7,500 hectares in this varied landscape. Therefore it is particularly interesting to do a walking safari from the WOODBURY TENTED CAMP. There is no better way to experience the South African flora and fauna so intensely and up close. It is no wonder that a campfire burns every evening and a dinner with South African delicacies awaits the guests.
